Behind the concept “Business & Ski” is the idea of achieving business related progress by the methods of top sportsmen, and to meet performance requirements on a mental level.
Qualities like teamwork, commitment and toughness, endurance, candidness and a positive dealing with defeats are indispensable in the world of business. Those soft skills can be set in stone by serious sports.
Our seven days lasting “Business & Ski” program is composed of 20% theoretical subjects and 80% practical experience. Well-versed consultants, sport psychologists and coaches compose an activity plan which combines functional gymnastics and water ski sports with mental-, concentration- and self-plan training. At the end of each day, a video analysis will be held for the matter of self-control. The program also considers one or two free days for discovering the surroundings and the fascinating nature of Florida.
